This recent house is located in l'Épine, between the salt marshes and the port of Morin. You can reach the beach of La Bosse by foot, the nearest beach is about 700m away.


The house, which combines comfort and modernity, is composed on the garden level of :

a living room
an independent equipped kitchen (Thermomix, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridge-freezers...),
a parental bedroom with a queen size bed and its own bathroom (shower and bathtub) with toilet,
an independent toilet
On the first floor:

a room with a queen size bed
a dormitory room with 2 bunk beds, i.e. 4 beds in 90
a bathroom with toilet.
All rooms have quality bedding and a TV.



On the ground floor, a summer kitchen which opens on the outside by a bay accordion will allow you to have a panoramic sight on the swimming pool and the terrace. It is equipped with a plancha and a table for 10 people.

You will fully enjoy your vacations with your family or friends in this villa with swimming pool heated to 28°. Outside, you will also find a boule field, a ping-pong table as well as a large terrace facing the south which will invite you to relax or will allow you to enjoy your meals there.

At the front of the house, a private courtyard that can accommodate 2 cars with its carport, practical to protect the cars from the sun.
