The holiday centre, located in Saint Jean de Monts in the Vendée, is set in the heart of the pine forest on 2 hectares of fenced parkland, 1 km from the long sandy beaches.
The site has 4 single-storey buildings:
- 1 dining room, kitchen, office, documentation room, library and games library
- 1 laundry building, equipment room, staff accommodation and activity room
- 2 accommodation buildings with rooms of 4 to 6 beds with shower and washbasin + individual rooms for teachers and activity leaders on call. Each building also has 2 classrooms.
- On-site facilities and leisure activities: swimming pool, table tennis, playground, etc.
