A complex of single-storey buildings of eco-friendly construction, on a 4-hectare estate at the top of a sunny hill overlooking the river Sèvre. Heated swimming pool (solar heating) open May-October. 11 bedrooms sleeping 2, 3 or 4 people, each with en-suite shower room and WC. (10 single beds, 11 double beds). Reception building (150m²) with large lounge, dining hall and professional kitchen for seminars, family reunions, etc. Catering service available. Lots of footpaths along the nearby river bank.
