This 40km mountain bike route has been waymarked by volunteers (Les Grisons cyclistes de Saint-Georges-de-Pointindoux and local mountain bikers), the Pays des Achards Community of Communes, local councils and local waymarkers, under the aegis of the French Cycling Federation.

The Lac and the Vallée du Jaunay are renowned for their steep gradients and the variety of surfaces encountered (dirt tracks, gravel paths and small tarmac roads).
