After completing a CAP in cutlery in 2019, the craftsman founded Atelier Delahaye in 2022.
He makes and repairs kitchen knives, table knives, pocket knives and other carving tools.
He makes bespoke creations, and all the stages in the manufacture of his pieces (forging, shaping, polishing, etc.) are carried out entirely by hand!
It's a craft in which the craftsman pays particular attention to the design, selection and assembly of materials, seeking a balance between aesthetics and ergonomics.
Introductory forging courses are available, during which you can make your own knife!
