La Coutellerie du Marais :
Trained as a cutler in Haute-Marne in 1992, and having worked in a number of cutlery workshops, Manu finally set up his own workshop in Souil.
It's here that he forges and shapes his handcrafted knives.
If you feel like it, drop in and see my latest creations on display in the shop:
forged knives, folding knives, tableware, objects (forged animals, sculptures), ironwork...
Free admission.
For groups: forging demonstration €2/person.
