Presentation of: BASE NAUTIQUE - CANOE, PADDLE ET VISIO-PLANCHES

Every weekend in July and August, come discover canoeing, paddling, and visio-boarding (with a board that lets you see underwater) on the lake at La Mine d’Abbaretz, an iconic site of the local industrial heritage.
Whether you are looking for a sports challenge or a quiet experience, take advantage of this exceptional environment to sail the peaceful waters of this former tin quarry at your own pace.

There, you can also discover the hiking trail with its many information posts to learn more about the history of the site, as well as the local fauna and flora. And don’t forget to climb the 200 steps to the top of the slag heap for a stunning view on the area.

Free access all year to La Mine d’Abbaretz. Water activities on Saturdays and Sundays, from 1:30 to 6pm in July/August only.
