Ecole de natation les Crevettes

In July and August, from age 4 upwards, lessons supervised by a state-certified instructor, present in the pool during lessons.
Heated pool, maximum two people in the water.
There is a 2nd Les Crevettes swimming school at the Bouil sailing school in Longeville-sur-Mer (404 chemin des Oursins - 85560 Longeville-sur-Mer).

Coastal sailing from Le Bouil
The aim of this activity is to walk in the ocean with the water above your navel, using your arms as well as your legs to move forward against the resistance of the water. This improves cardio-respiratory capacity, muscle tone, balance, physical and social well-being, etc.
The activity is supervised by a state-qualified sports instructor.
Two sessions a week

Multisport for children and adults
Benjamin offers multisport every Wednesday for children aged 3 and over. The sessions generally take place in the Bernard commune.
Sessions on health sports, muscle strengthening and Nordic walking for adults and seniors are also offered every week.
