Surfing has been awarded the Handi Surf label since 2017, and the club offers adapted lessons under the supervision of a state-qualified instructor who holds the CS AIPSH surfing qualification.
Le Surfing is involved in a number of projects to help people discover the disciplines of parasurfing and adapted parasurfing.
Surfing can be adapted to individual profiles and constraints, in optimum safety conditions, and includes standing, kneeling and lying surfing (alone, assisted or in tandem).
On the beach at Saint Gilles Croix de Vie (which has been awarded the "Handiplage" label), access to the ocean and waves is possible thanks to the "tiralos" and "hippocampes".
