Presentation of: Aux Jardins des Colibris
A few years ago, Caroline and Jérôme decided to look at the world differently. The couple turned towards a daily life more in tune with their values, closer to nature and the earth.
They bought an uncultivated meadow in Soullans, and set up their own farm, "Aux Jardins des Colibris", based on diversified organic market gardening. The name is based on an Amerindian legend which tells how, during a forest fire, while all the animals froze, a little hummingbird got to work. He filled his beak with water and threw it on the fire. He knew that these few drops would not stop the fire, but at least he was doing his bit.
Caroline and Jérôme grow organic fruit and vegetables, which they sell direct at local markets.
