BRASSERIE LA PERCHEE

Attention beer lovers! The Achards region now has its own brewery, with beers that are full of flavour and a family-friendly, committed concept.

With a brewing vat, boiling vat and 5 fermenters, the smallest brewery in the area can produce almost 250 litres of beer per brew.

Since spring 2021, the small company "La Perchée" has been producing around ten types of craft beer with a moderate alcohol content and plenty of flavour:
- a light, floral white with elderflower infusion
- a characterful blonde made with bittering hops
- a blond IPA with fruity and floral flavours
- a mild amber with hints of caramel and smoke
- a dark brown beer with coffee flavours
- festive beers according to the season.

These triple-fermented beers, refermented in the bottle, are made using organic, local and natural ingredients and respecting traditional recipes.

- Direct sales: by appointment at the Brasserie la Perchée, and at "La Grange Perchée" during sales days.
- Points of sale : Mohair des Quatre Saisons in St Julien, Ferme de la Lière in Ste Flaive, Les Jardins de Corinne in Grosbreuil, the grocery shop Chez Nini & Ferdi and the bar/cafe L'Atelier in Achards.
