Open every 1st Friday of the month, pay them a visit and let yourself be tempted by one of their assortments of meats.
A former instructor at the Maison Familiale Rurale, Cathie warmly welcomes families and groups to her farm to explain how she looks after her cows on a daily basis and how she prepares some of them for competitions. A fine cook, you'll never cook meat the way you used to: she'll explain how to make the most of each piece, its fibrousness and its long maturation to obtain meat that's well marbled and tasty.
Products on offer :
Farm products: Parthenaise beef in 10kg boxes: beef ribs, rib steaks, rib steaks, tournedos, roasts, sausages, bourguignon, pot au feu, minced steaks, etc. Canned products: Beef carrots, chilli con carne, Bolognaise, beef rillette.
Farm sales :
Open: Every 1st Friday of the month from 2pm to 7pm: collection of reserved parcels.
