In the heart of the Vendée bocage, in Chavagnes-en-Paillers, Anthony and Freddy Lardière produce pulses and rear cows with passion for the third generation.
As producers of mogettes in the Vendée, our philosophy is that we control the entire production chain for our dried vegetables from A to Z.
From the production of farm-saved seeds, to the cultivation of our dried vegetables, not forgetting their sorting, packaging and marketing: everything is under control.
We sell our dried vegetables direct from the farm, but also through short distribution channels to producers' shops, canners, restaurants and markets.
To protect the environment and avoid chemical inputs, we use mechanical and manual techniques to manage weeds as effectively as possible.
