A new workshop produces organic pasta and organic sunflower oil (labelled Graines d'Autise), using local cereal production (wheat, rapeseed and sunflower).
Local ingredients are used, such as flour, which is milled at the Meunerie Thibaud in La Chapelle-Thireuil, and stone-ground at the Puyletard mill in Nieul-sur-l'Autise.
Thanks to the commitment of an entire value chain, Graines d'Autise was awarded the national Valeur Parc Naturel Régional label from the outset.
A must-taste!
