L'Epicerie de la Mer (June to September), at Baudet, producer of Mussels from Bouchot in Plaine-sur-Mer, SAS BAUDET has been working at sea since 1966 and cultivates its know-how thanks to a passionate crew.
Back on land, they open the doors of the Epicerie de la Mer where you will discover the fruit of their labor: the unmissable Moule de Bouchot LA BAUDET. Discover the exceptional flavor of this product which has become essential on our coasts.
The Épicerie de la Mer, in its approach to promoting seafood, offers a wide range of shellfish and crustaceans, but also canning and wine, full of ideas to (yourself) have fun.
The Crew also organizes, in season, as close as possible to the sailors, specific events: tasting, meeting and discussion with producers on various themes (by reservation).
