Dominique and Jean-Luc welcome you to the Ferme de la Chancelière in the heart of the Girouard countryside, where they passionately share their expertise!
They farm organically, raising Manech and Vendéennes dairy ewes and Fossés goats for conservation.
- Dairy processing into cheeses, yoghurts, faisselles and fromage frais.
- Sale of tommes and matured drained cheeses (cheese can be dispatched).
- Sale of lamb meat, vacuum-packed, ready to freeze (to order) and prepared dishes (pâtés and tajines).
- Direct sales: at the farm, by appointment.
- Markets: Saturday mornings in Olonne-sur-Mer (Villaverde car park).
Occasional markets in Ste-Flaive-des-Loups, Les Achards (Nature & Saveurs day) and l'Île d'Olonne.
