How is our milk sold?
- Either raw in 1 litre bags. To guarantee traceability and perfect quality, we package our milk ourselves on the farm, a few hours after milking, as soon as it has cooled to 4°C.
- Either processed in our yoghurt factory: it's the raw material for our yoghurts, cream desserts, fromage frais and rice pudding
- Or pasteurised for delivery to local authorities
