Le Canard de Mélusine is a typical farm in the Vendée bocage, with around 50 hectares of Charolais cattle and ducks for force-feeding and processing on the farm.
All our ducks are reared to agriconfiance health standards. They are processed on site in the C.E.E. approved laboratory. We only package our products in jars, without chemical additives.
