Presentation of: LE PAIN QUI CHANTE
Marie-Françoise makes her bread from pure sourdough, which she bakes in her wood-fired oven. Her flour comes from her own production of organic wheat. We're trying to take a coherent approach: preserving know-how, maintaining the network of traditional crafts (miller, brickmaker and bakery), protecting the environment by using eco-materials (lime, hemp and untreated wood), and helping to preserve the endangered bovine breed of market gardener. Direct sales at the farm on Thursdays and Fridays from 5.30pm to 7.30pm (you need to order the day before).
