Presentation of: LES FROMAGES DE LA CHEVRIE
Ludovic Gelot and his partner, Anaïs Rouvière, will be delighted to share their passion for their profession with you. They produce and process their goats' milk in their workshop on the farm site. A direct sales shop was set up there in the summer of 2020. You'll be able to buy their cheeses: fromage frais, logs, palets (plain or spiced), ashy cheeses, matured cheeses, fromage blanc made from goats' milk, fromage frais spread with garlic and parsley...
