Presentation of: MARAIS SALANT LES BOUCHEAUX
Bettina, a passionate salt-maker, runs this authentic "Les Boucheaux" salt marsh close to the Passage du Gois! She harvests coarse salt and flower of salt.
During your visit, she'll guide you through her marsh and you'll discover her traditional salt works, now converted into a shop. You'll find all their products: coarse salt, fleur de sel, samphire and salted butter caramel.
Guided tours in season every day at 11am (except Sundays and in bad weather).
