PASCAL PERRAUDEAU

Several times a year, Pascal Perraudeau offers parcels of Limousin breed beef, which can be ordered in advance by email or telephone and collected from the Traineau Maraîchage shop, where the sales outlet is located.

- Packages from 5 kg upwards, to suit all tastes and desires.
The "Prestige" parcel contains only pieces for roasting. The "Classique" parcel is a mix of pieces for roasting and boiling. You can also order processed products: minced steaks, chipolatas, merguez, as well as different types of sausages (herb, Basque, Mexican, etc.) for a varied and tasty barbecue. You can also order retail pot au feu and bourguignon.

Beef sausage and chorizo, rillettes, liver terrines and tinned Bolognese sauce complete the fresh meat range. These products are on sale in the Traineau Maraîchage shop, which is open on Fridays from 5.30pm to 7.30pm and on Sunday mornings from 10am to 12.30pm.
