The farm has been organically farmed since 1975, and it was when we took over in 1996 that we decided to start selling direct from
"La Nouvelle Brille" salt marshes Aguillon est. (facing the oyster farming cooperative) in La Guérinière.
We farm 65 hectares of organically grown cereal crops, almost all of which are in agroforestry.
