Olivier SALANDINI studied organ and harpsichord at the Nice Conservatoire. He went on to study harpsichord at the Amsterdam Conservatoire and organ at the Utrecht Conservatoire, and obtained the Certificat d'Aptitude for teaching organ and harpsichord at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris.
He won second prize at the Bologna International Harpsichord Competition in Italy in 2005, and was a prizewinner at the Lausanne and Herford (Germany) International Organ Competitions in 2006.
Olivier Salandini performs regularly in France and abroad (Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, UK, USA).
Although he specialises in early music of the 17th and 18th centuries, his repertoire embraces all aesthetic styles. He has recorded two CDs with the Ensemble Stravaganza and a solo CD, Jeu d'orgue.
Olivier Salandini teaches organ at the Conservatoire de Clermont-Ferrand. Titular organist of the great organs of Bourges cathedral from 2011 to 2022, he is currently co-titular organist of the great organs of Orléans cathedral.
