Join us in celebrating the Day of the Dead, "El Día de los Muertos"! It's a day when, according to Mexican tradition, the living and the dead come together in the midst of colour, flowers and joy. The Dona Mezkal collective invites you to join them for a wild evening in the company of Los Mariachis de Barcelona, French Tourist (DJ set) and to witness a veritable musical, multimedia and graphic show, Dona Mezkal "Neka Ma Gute"! You'll also have the chance to make offerings, get your make-up done on site and enjoy a bite to eat. It's an invitation to travel for young and old, on the eve of a public holiday!

DONA MEZKAL "NEKA MA GUTE
This collective is inviting us to a veritable musical, multimedia and graphic show. A multi-disciplinary show in the form of a dreamlike journey based around a tale about the Noche de Los Muertos and the icons of Mexican popular culture. Illustrated by the music of Izorel, guitarist, singer and artistic director of the company, and drummer BamBam, the drawings of Madrid-born Alejandro Chavez and the set design and digital projections of Laurent Meunier, the story, written by Núria Soldevilla (also cellist and keyboardist on the concert), explores the Other World after death and is presented in 3D in incredible graphic tableaux. Voice-overs and sounds recorded in Mexico, songs in English and Spanish translated into supertitles, cinematic sound effects, sound design... Neka Ma Gute is a real musical book with six musicians and giant visuals, stunning and totally immersive.
