Come and savour moments of musical grace from 18th-century Europe! L'Harmonie des timbres by the Stradivaria Baroque Ensemble, under the artistic direction of Guillaume Cuiller, creates a veritable marriage of colours between flutes, theorbo, oboe, bassoon and harpsichord. French composers Couperin and Boismortier, with La Française and the Concerto à cinq parties respectively, and German composers Fasch and Telemann, with the Sonata a quatro and a Concerto in A minor, are featured in these multifaceted compositions, alongside the dazzling Vivaldi and two of his chamber concerts. The six musicians of Stradivaria are the bearers of this elegant and inspired musical language, full of delicacy, gravity and facetiousness.
