PORTES OUVERTES DE L'USINE D'EAU POTABLE DE FINFARINE

As part of the European Heritage Days, Vendée Eau (the public water utility) is organising free guided tours of the Finfarine drinking water plant in Poiroux. Drinking water will no longer hold any secrets for you!

The plant opens its doors to you on Sunday 22 September, from 10am. Come and take advantage of the guided tours and discussions to discover all the stages involved in making water drinkable.
This day will be an opportunity to find out where the drinking water that reaches your tap comes from, from collection to distribution, by discovering the different stages in the treatment process.

Practical information :
- Length of visit: approximately 1 hour.
- Visits recommended for children aged 10 and over.
- The site is accessible to people with reduced mobility and pushchairs.
