Upstairs, the house has 3 bedrooms with recent bedding:

2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm),
1 bedroom with 2 single 90cm beds.
A modern shower room and 2 WCs complete this functional space.
Independent studio (45 m²):
Accessible from the outside, this studio offers a cosy, self-contained space:

A relaxing lounge on the ground floor.
Upstairs, a spacious bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bunk bed.
