The villa has 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs. You will enjoy its spacious rooms, modern decor and well-studied interior design. The partitions and doors have been acoustically designed to allow you to enjoy the villa to the full.

Enjoy dining on the terrace under the pine trees with the sound of the waves.

The Griére shops are just 300m away.

The villa is available on a weekly basis during the summer season from Sunday to Sunday or for a weekend. It is close to O'Gliss, Indian Forest, Atlantic Wakepark, etc....


My accommodation :

Ground floor:
It consists of a large living room, lounge and kitchen. A SAS leads to bedroom 1 (bed 160x200), a bathroom and a WC on the ground floor.

The living room has a sofa, footstools, USB/HDMI television, coffee table and large dining table with chairs. A crockery cupboard contains all the crockery you need for your meals.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, 2 Cookeos, stainless steel dishware, etc. . There is a hoover in the technical cupboard.

First floor:
There are 6 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160x200
- Bedroom 4: 2 beds 80x200
- Bedroom 5: 1 bed 160x200 with the possibility of adding a cot.
- Bedroom 6: 2 bunk beds for 2 adults or 4 children.
- Bedroom 7, 2 beds 80x200

Each room is equipped with a bed, duvets (140x200 or 240x220), pillows, bedside table and wardrobe. A cot can be installed in the Coquillage room.
Each bathroom has a shower (140x90 or 160x90), washbasin and heated towel rail.
The 3 WCs are separate from the bathrooms.

Linen can be hired at an additional cost.

The keys are handed over by a professional and an inventory of fixtures is made on arrival and departure. Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.

Cleaning costs of €150 are included in the rental price, but a minimum of tidying up is required, i.e. dishes put away, dishwasher emptied, dustbin emptied, etc.

The major renovation of the house has just been completed, but there are still a few small points to be improved, such as a privacy screen with Avenue des Tulipes.

Cars can be parked in the car park opposite the villa or in the street.

Before the booking is confirmed, there will be some discussion about the number of adults, the number of children, etc... I hope you will be as respectful as with your accommodation.

A bank deposit of €2,000 will be required. This will be sent either by cheque or online on SWIKLY.
