The house is ideally located between the centre of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île (with its pedestrian street, markets, castle, restaurants, etc.) and the remarkable beaches of the Baie de Bourgneuf (La Clère, Mardi-Gras, Souzeaux, Anse Rouge, Plage des Dames). Close to the post office and Lidl (500m). Very quiet neighbourhood, but not isolated. Gratibus service in summer.
With a floor area of more than 80m², it comprises :
- a semi-open kitchen with all appliances: hob, oven, large fridge-freezer, and small appliances (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster etc.) ...
- ... opening onto a large "cathedral" living room of 47m², wifi available, flat-screen TV TNT 32'', DVD player
- 2 bedrooms of over 11m² (one with a 190x140 double bed and the other with a mezzanine bed (2 x 90x190) and a single king-size bed (120x190)), each with a large built-in wardrobe

Outside July and August, stays of less than a week are possible; the price is adjusted according to duration and number of occupants (from 2 to 5 people).
