The BSC runs lifeguard courses, sea swimming lessons and life-saving training.
Presentation of: BRETIGNOLLES SAUVETAGE COTIER
Mini and young lifeguard courses: Tuesday to Thursday, 9am to 11am, for children aged 7 to 16.
On the programme: aquatic skills, lifesaving, learning about the environment, awareness-raising, fun activities, etc.
Sea swimming lessons: from 5 years old from 9am to 11am.
With a state-qualified lifeguard.
Duration 30 min in the water
First aid training: From age 10, from 9am to 11am on Fridays.
Diploma course in civil security
