Les halles en cuisine : Matthieu Marot

One Saturday a month, the town of La Roche-sur-Yon offers a culinary event called "Les Halles en cuisine". A local chef will be on hand inside Les Halles for a cooking lesson using market produce. There's plenty of know-how and tasting on offer!

Matthieu Marot, chef at Le Petit Prince restaurant, will be on hand on Saturday 21 September with his recipe for "Sablé parmesan, black pudding mousse and orchard fruit".

Free admission
