An original recipe, the detox smoothie to start the day well:

Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1/2 banana
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 seasonal fruit (peach, kiwi, pear ...)
- 1 juice fruit (or orange juice)
- 1 teaspoon of Retz Spirulina
Mix everything in a container and it's ready to taste ...
