Situated in the heart of the countryside, just 20 minutes from the beaches of the Vendée, this old stone barn has been completely renovated and is set in 5,700 m2 of enclosed grounds. It has a gently sloping heated beach pool with a flat bottom at 1.50 m; very popular with toddlers and some people who need to overcome aquaphobia. 9 m x 4 m from April to September (depending on the weather until October).
Protected fishing pond (no kill).
Hammock for naps in the shade of the oak trees.
It comprises a through living room opening onto a terrace.
Two bedrooms: one with 3 beds 80 x 200 (possibility of 1 in 160).
The other has a 160 x 200 bed and 1 80 x 200 bed. Television. Safety deposit box.
Optional bed linen (€20/person). Beds made up on arrival.
Umbrella bed. High chair.
Bathroom with walk-in shower (large enough to accommodate a wheelchair). Double washbasin. Hairdryer, Arrival kit (make-up remover, cotton wool, liquid soap, etc.) Bathroom linen provided.
Laundry, washing machine (products). Separate WC.
End-of-stay cleaning optional (€150).
Fully equipped kitchen, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, waffle iron, raclette, crêpe maker, electric pizza oven, raclette... Choice of coffee maker: Nespresso, Tassimo or filter.

Dogs are welcome in the gîte. Free of charge.
