RESTAURANT LE ROBINSON

Local people will tell you that Restaurant Le Robinson is an institution and has been part of Saint Jean de Monts for many years. Its location, at the very entrance to the town centre, illustrates the long-standing connection between the restaurant and Besseau family who run it, with the local community.

The restaurant has received all of its many plaudits thanks to its devotion to, and use of, local produce – both from the land as well as the sea. The best example, if one were needed, is without doubt their dish of fried eels in parsley – when supplies allow.

The highly creative chef and his team offer a menu using seasonal produce. Each dish is carefully put together and is a tribute to local and traditional flavours but with a modern twist.

There is a touch of this modernity reflected in the décor which is sedate but contemporary. It is in this setting that you will be served your meals by the expert team. The serving team are also available for private functions – professional meetings or family occasions. There is also the option to be served on the terrace where you can make the most of dining in the sunshine during the summer.
