The 33-hectare Parc de Beaupuy invites you to discover and relax around a magnificent residence dating back to 1871. This lush green setting is the perfect place for a pleasant stroll, allowing visitors to escape to the heart of a high-quality natural landscape.
Inspired by the English landscape parks of the 19th century, the park retains all the elegance of that era. Its winding paths, carefully laid out, guide walkers through areas that are sometimes shaded, sometimes bathed in light. The vast, impeccably manicured lawns alternate harmoniously with pastoral meadows, offering a wonderful variety of landscapes. Along the way, visitors can admire majestic trees planted in the second half of the 19th century, as well as exotic species such as cedars, firs, bald cypresses and sophoras, which perfume the air and enchant the senses.
A phytosanitary diagnosis was recently carried out to assess the state of health of the park's tree stock. Following this analysis, a number of trees were identified as being at the end of their life or diseased, and posing a threat to visitor safety. These trees will therefore be pruned or felled for safety reasons, and replaced by new planting. The trunks and branches will be reused as mulch in the municipal flower beds, helping to preserve the local environment.
The Parc de Beaupuy, a veritable showcase of nature, continues to evolve to offer visitors an ever more pleasant and secure setting in which to stroll and relax.
