The Maison Renaissance is a 16th-century residence that dominates the Place de la Vieille Horloge, the heart of the old town.
It is surrounded by 6 menhirs.
It is also known as the Fountain of the Fairy or the Fountain of the White Lady.
Only a few slabs remain of this great monument, whose cairn was excavated and restored between 1987 and 1992.
It was built, all in wood, in Croix de Vie at the Didier Thomazeau shipyard, for the fisherman Israël Chevrier.
