Address : Place de l'Eglise
44390 NORT-SUR-ERDRE
FRANCE

Presentation of: EGLISE SAINT CHRISTOPHE

The current Neogothic church, wider and more solid than the ones before, was built from 1898 to 1901. However, because of monetary issues, it was decided to postpone the erection of the bell tower, and to keep the old one. The bell tower was renovated in 2006. A sign about the history of the church and the bell tower was recently affixed in front of it. As far as the bells go, it is said that they were cast in 1841.
